The property is a heritage building, newly updated and equipped with the amenities and utilities you need: Furnished bedrooms, clean shared beautifully updated bath with a marble tiled shower, complete kitchen and dining space, and living room for lounging. Windows in this apartment are historic and so by law the windows cannot be replaced with newer ones, they may have gaps on the sill or on the bottom side of the frame, and they may be suspect to vibrations or some rattling. Overall, the apartment is fully equipped to provide a comfy and homey stay!
IMPORTANT: Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements: 1) Filling out an Intake Form or Pre-arrival Form which includes providing a Selfie with ID. 2) Signing a Rental Agreement.
