How can I book private accommodation near Flinders University on Student.com?

On the property page, choose the room you’d like to book and click ‘Book Now’ or ‘Enquire’. One of our booking consultants will be in contact with you to answer any questions you may still have or to take you through the next steps of the booking process if you are ready to book.

Why should I live in private accommodation instead of university dorms?

Living in private accommodation comes with several advantages over living in university dorms. You can usually choose more freely in what part of the city you’d like to live in, whether this is right next to your campus, in the city centre, or any other part of the city.

You’ll also get to choose your room type. Whether you’d like to share or live in a private studio apartment, you can find it all in the private sector.

Many modern PBSAs (purpose-built student accommodations) also offer great amenities. Thanks to having been built specifically with students in mind, they often feature lots of cool things like in-house gyms and games rooms.

What are the different room types you offer?

Shared Room – offers a shared bedroom with at least one roommate. In this room type, you’ll also share your bathroom and kitchen.

Private Room – offers a bedroom for one individual. Depending on the property, you might also get a private bathroom, or it might be shared. Other facilities are shared with other tenants from other rooms.

Entire Place – this is a stand-alone studio apartment with fully private living facilities. You’ll have your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, without having to share with anyone.

Are bills included in the rent?

Currently about half of the properties we list in Adelaide have all bills included in the rent. You can see on the property page of each property what bills, if any, are included there.

Are the apartments fully furnished?

Most of the apartments we list in Adelaide are rented fully furnished. This is not always the case though, so make sure to check the property page to see if a property you’re interested in is rented furnished or not.
