2023年5月28日之前的预订冷静期为5天
2023年5月28日之后的预订冷静期为48小时
ž 冷静期外
1. 超出冷静期但是符合以下几种情况并提供相关的官方证明可以向公寓申请全额退款
No Place No Pay
收到学校拒信、学位未达到要求、雅思最近一次成绩未达要求、语言班/预科成绩未达到要求的相关官方通知，在收到证明的48小时内向VITA提供官方证明，超时证明无效，可申请无责退全款
No Visa No Pay
签证被拒，在收到证明的48小时内提供官方证明，超时证明无效，可申请无责退全款（该条款截止时间为2023年8月16日）
2. 不符合以上无责退款条件，超出冷静期且未违约的同学，转租政策以VITA STUDENT官方售后回复为准。
