Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. We also have Security Guards on duty. Only property residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
