All contracts are individual with individual start and end dates. All rooms are en-suite. The house has 5 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, 5 bathrooms, toilet with sink and garden. It is within walking distance of Warwick University and good shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants. There is off-road parking and excellent WiFi. All rooms are fairly large with double beds. The kitchen has 2 of each of cookers, fridge/freezer, sinks, microwaves, kettles, toasters and one washing machine with several airers and a vacuum cleaner. Crockery and cutlery can be provided by request. There is a garden with seating which is maintained by the landlord. We make monthly inspections to check emergency lighting, smoke alarms, the state of communal areas and bins etc. There is a team of maintenance people to ensure a response for callouts usually within 24 hours. All rooms are fully furnished. Bedding to be provided by the student.
