It's a great location too. Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) is 15 minutes away and the Business Bay / Satwa and Knowledge Park only 30 minutes. There’s even a free shuttle service to get you there.

Uninest is a great place if you're into a social and friendly environment. It also has great facilities such as a pool that has segregated timings for men and women (so if you're shy or wears a hijab) it helps cater to it. The administration service is also great as they're warm and welcoming. Security is also not an issue as uninest provides 24 hours security, and if ever needed, they will surely assist. It's also a gre at place to socialise as the residence agents provides activities such as potluck events and movie nights. So if you're a student, you would also be able to attain friends easily. I had a great time during my stay here.
