MJM Stay's luxury corporate short-term temporary apartments primarily host medical traveling professionals, corporate executives, business travelers, international F-1 college students and medical tourists and their families. The 1-bedroom units are ADA compliant as they have shower stalls, whereas the 2-bedroom / 2 full bath units provide bathtubs and shower combos. However, every bathroom has a removable multifunction 3-in-1 shower head and a bathroom stool.
In addition to the units being professionally decorated, the attention to details were carefully thought out to not only provide the experience of a 5-star hotel, but to help ensure that every guest walks in with the sense that they are in a home-away-from-home environment.
The units are located in luxury residential buildings with amenities such as a gym, yoga area, outdoor grilling and lounge area, conference room, public printer, restaurants and more. The units themselves are open-floor concepts with fully functional kitchens, chef approved essentials, memory foam mattresses, hotel quality bedding and towels, and in-unit washer and dryers.
With respect to parking and transportation, the buildings offer garage level parking, (parking across the street for Boston unts) where there are two elevators with direct stops to residential floors. The buildings are located within 0.5 miles from the Malden Center, Sullivan Square or Bunker Hill (Charleston) orange line train stations and within 0.5 miles from shopping centers with a supermarket. There are also a number of restaurants and attractions nearby.
