Your student accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the city centre, and a few metres from the nearest bus stop. The Foundry’s suites and apartments are a 15-minute walk from the University of Leeds and a 20-minute walk from Leeds Beckett University. If you need to cancel your reservation, please apply within 24 hours after the deposit is paid, otherwise the deposit cannot be refunded.

1. If student cancels within 24 hours of submitting application form and tenancy has not started, the initial ?300 payment will be refunded in full. 2. If notice of cancellation is received 24 hours after submitting an application form and before 1st August 2018 and the period of the tenancy has not commenced, students can cancel by writing to the Accommodation Manager, and the ?300 will not be refunded
