How do I apply for a student flat in Exeter?
After you’ve found a property you like, go to that property’s page by clicking on ‘View rooms’. On the property page you’ll need to choose your preferred room type and click ‘Book Now’ or ‘Enquire’ to get more information. You’ll then be asked to leave your contact details and one of our booking consultants will contact you to take you through the next steps of the booking process or to answer any questions you might have.
Once you’re ready to book, a contract will be prepared for you to sign and after that you’ll have a new home!
What are the different room types you offer?
At the moment we offer two different types of rooms in Exeter.
Our Private Rooms offer a private bedroom and, depending on the property, you might also get your own private bathroom. In some properties, however, the bathroom is shared. Other facilities like the kitchen are shared with other students.
Booking the Entire Place will give you a fully self-contained studio apartment with your own bedroom, bathroom and other living facilities, typically a kitchenette where you can cook your own meals. No need to share anything with anyone if you go for the Entire Place option!
Is it safe to rent private student lettings?
All the student flats we list are from trusted landlords. We have a very strict vetting process that carefully vets all the landlords we feature to ensure that our student housing options are all comfortable and safe to use.
What bills are included in the rent?
This depends on the property. In most properties we list in Exeter, all bills are included in your rent. Make sure to check if this is the case with the property you’re interested in though. You can check this on the property page of each property.
Can you arrange a viewing for a flat I’m interested in?
