This is a garden-level (basement) apartment in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
Neighborhood
This is a family-friendly neighborhood, with a playground right around the corner. Most residents in the area are either families, or teachers/students from Harvard. You will find the Fresh Pond Golf Course right across the Street, and there are plenty of family-owned restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. You'll be close to the Harvard University campus, this makes the area extra friendly and open to all kinds of people, since we have visitors from everywhere almost all the time.
If you’re a student or teacher, our property is the best option for you! We welcome tourists, business professionals and medical workers as well!

The apartment is entirely yours, with a private entrance and access to everything within the dwelling.

* Steps from the bus to Harvard Square (10-15 mins). From there, you can hop on the Red Line train to downtown Boston (additional 15 mins), or drive there in 25 mins.
* Short walk to convenience store and WOW Gym; short drive to Fresh Pond Mall for Trader Joe's, Starbucks, LOEWS theaters, etc.
* 30-min. drive from Boston Logan Airport.
Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.
1) Completing our guest verification form which includes providing a selfie along with a photo ID through our secure third-party tool.
2) Signing a Rental Agreement

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed if booked as private rooms.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.
This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.
