Walk to Tallahassee Community College in six minutes, and drive to Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in eight minutes. It’s also an eight-minute drive to Florida State University, and you can drive downtown in less than 15 minutes.

After a busy day in class, retreat to your private room at Landing at Appleyard and drop your books on your desk.
