Think long and hard before you rent here. My son moved in August of 2018 and signed at one year lease for $825.00 which is very high but I was wiling to pay for the convenience of the location. However, now I am sorry I did. In September they tried to get us to renew our lease for another year staying until 2020. I waited and just recently got another notice to renew and now they are saying the rent will be $860.00. If you don't take the 2 year lease basically you are screwed. If I don't sign now it will go to $875.00. When we moved in the apartment was not ready and needed repairs which have never been fixed. Also, they say all inclusive and then hit you with extra electric charges and don't show you a bill. They could care less about the students all they care about is money. It has been a bad experience. I will only renew now at the old price and if they fix the issues. I will be informing the University of the practices of this complex so they will know what they are doing to their students.
