Located right by Texas Tech University, you are just a quick 2 minute drive to campus. If you don't have a car, hop on the university bus or take The Holly's private shuttle to and from campus with your neighbors. This friendly, compact city is easy to navigate and it’ll take you no time at all to get your bearings. Walk just a few minutes to eat out on 4th Street, or take your car and visit local parks and green spaces on weekends.

Come home, passing flowers and fountains at the entrance of your community. Swing by the pool area and see who’s about, then chat with friends and plan a BBQ or picnic. Stop by the clubhouse for a Starbucks coffee then sit by the fireplace and watch a game on the big screen TV. If you want to clear your head, play basketball, go for a run on the jogging track or use the cardio machines in the fitness center. 

Freshen up in your private bathroom back in your fully-furnished apartment. Throw your gear into the washer and dryer while you use the high-speed internet in your room to study. Take your books outside onto the private balcony and get a little fresh air as you read. Unwind after a study session in the computer lab or with a game of pool in the games room.
