I will advise all students not to rent from them. They will rent you the worst apartment they have. They will not paint nor clean up the place. They put run down furniture that belongs on the dumpsters, The carpet is dirty refused to replace it. The 9th building is one of the worst building. Management would hide from you and give you a run around. My daughter moved in since August 9th she was supposed to have two end tables she still yet to see them. Since she signed her least back in April she was supposed to get a TV in the living room she has not received it yet. They think you guys are in jail they gave the worst mattress with no headboard. They are there to collect their money and that's it. The staff there are extremely unprofessional especially Stormy and the pregnant woman. They talked down to the students and they would tried their best to not talk to parents. Worst decision ever.
