When you live at City Plaza, you’ll be based just a few blocks from Georgia State University and the Georgia State Capitol. After class, meet your friends for coconut margaritas at No Mas! Cantina, or head over to Grindhouse Killer Burgers for dinner and a peanut butter milkshake. When you have a spare moment, you can check out the whale sharks at Georgia Aquarium or meet your favorite news anchors at CNN Studios. Then, stretch your legs in Georgia Plaza Park or grab your sketchbook and drive to Stone Mountain Park for the afternoon.
From your new home, you’ll be able to walk to classes at Georgia State in less than 10 minutes or drive 10 minutes to the Georgia Institute of Technology. After a busy day, swing by the local R&R Produce supermarket to do your weekly shop, or head to the Underground Atlanta shopping district nearby for some well-deserved retail therapy. Garnett Station is also just a five-minute walk away if you want to explore afield.
Later, you can ride the elevator back to your renovated one or two-bedroom home and flip on the air conditioning. Then, kick back in front of the large LCD TV in the living area, or grab a drink and chill out on the balcony with a book. Put a load of laundry on in the washer dryer when you’ve finished relaxing, and head through to the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a bite to eat. You’ll find it easy to clean up afterwards, thanks to the dishwasher.
Head to the fitness center for a quick workout before joining your friends roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. Relax beside the patio tables on the courtyard, or wander over to the clubhouse to make friends with your neighbors and chat about your day. You can rest easy knowing there are on-site maintenance teams and night patrol officers to keep you safe and sound. High-speed internet is also available, and there’s a communal Wi-Fi lounge if you’d like to tackle your assignments with your friends.
