Take a break from the books and meet friends at Heavenly Desserts, to tuck into indulgent waffles and ice cream sundaes. Afterwards, check out the Ancient Egyptian collection at New Walk Museum & Art Gallery, before visiting the final resting place of Richard III at Leicester Cathedral. If that’s not your idea of fun, check out the shops at Highcross Leicester, before catching the latest blockbuster at Showcase cinema. Head back to your student accommodation to change, before meeting friends for dinner at OGGI Simply Italian, followed by live music or comedy at Firebug.

You’ll find it easy to get to class when you live at TK Court. Walk to University of Leicester in 12 minutes, or head in the opposite direction and stroll to De Montfort University in 17 minutes. You’re minutes from the city centre, so there’s a great choice of shops, eateries and entertainment venues on your doorstep, and you’re just four minutes from Leicester Railway Station if you feel like making a day trip to nearby Birmingham. If you have your own transport, bike storage and car parking are available on site.

On your way back home from lectures, stop off at the nearby supermarket to pick up everything you need to make dinner in your spacious, shared kitchen which is equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. If you’re not in the mood to cook, meet friends across the road at The Lansdowne for a burger and a beer.

Afterwards, enter your building via the secure entry with CCTV, and make your way to your studio flat. Hang your jacket in the wardrobe and stash your books and folders in the under bed storage, before freshening up in your ensuite bathroom.

Lie back on your double bed with memory foam mattress and flick on the TV to catch up on your favourite show, then take a seat at your desk, fire up your laptop and get ahead on your latest assignment.

If you’re running low on clean clothes there’s a washer/dryer in the communal area, and there’s onsite maintenance to deal with repairs.
