When you choose a fully furnished residence at Catalyst, you’ll have Florida State University just a short distance away. Parking is available on site, but you can walk to campus in less than 10 minutes and the downtown district of Tallahassee is a few blocks down the street. Just south of your new home, you’ll also find Florida A&M University within easy reach.

After a full day at school, use the electronic key control to open your front door. Huddle around the kitchen island with your homework as you spread your papers out on the granite-like counters. Turn on the 42-inch TV to catch up on the news, then prepare dinner on the stainless steel stove with fresh ingredients from Bread and Roses Food Cooperative, which is a five-minute walk down the street.
