I am meant to be moving into my student accommodation next month, what do I do?

I can no longer move into my student accommodation as my local government has stopped travel/my university isn’t teaching at the moment – what do I do?

Can I cancel my student accommodation? 

As you have already booked your student accommodation, your legal contract is with your student accommodation provider. We have spoken to all student accommodation providers we work with to encourage them to be flexible with contracts in these unprecedented times. For you, the first step is to get in contact with the team. We have the latest information on cancellation policies of student accommodation providers around Coronavirus.
