Student.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. These terms supplement the Student.com terms of use, privacy policy, cookies policy and acceptable use policy, which can be found on the Student.com site.

To be entered into the prize draw, you need to have:

• Booked and paid your deposit for a participating student accommodation property – as shown by ’10th anniversary’ tag on property listing – through www.student.com between 1st May 2021 and 1st June 2021 and;
• Make a booking for the required tenancy length and room type – varies on a property basis – or more and;
• Have a move-in date for September 2021

Student.com has a limited number of one months’ free rent to be won. Winners will be selected at random by Student.com of bookings that meet the entry requirements. Winners will be notified by 1st September 2021 via the contact information which they have provided to Student.com at the point of booking. If Student.com is unable to contact winners, Student.com reserves the right to reallocate the prize. Winners will either be reimbursed via the payment method made for the deposit for the one months’ rent, or the one months’ rent payment will be made by Student.com directly to the relevant accommodation provider. This offer cannot be exchanged for monetary value, postponed or applied to another booking and cannot be transferred to a replacement tenant. Rooms are provided by the selected accommodation partner and are pre-allocated.
