If you want to be a little more social and/or live with friends choose between our range of en-suite rooms (3-7 bedroom flats) or for a more budget friendly option we have Shared Apartment rooms with a shared bathroom (2-7 bedroom flats) which are the perfect solution, especially for group bookings where you can take over an entire flat without the hassle of splitting bills.
Northernhay House has all the city’s great shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, history, and culture within touching distance And that’s not to mention the beautiful Northernhay Gardens and Exeter Castle which are next door.
Looking for a bit of history on your doorstep? The Old Firehouse – once thought of as the inspiration for Exeter alumna J. K. Rowling’s fictional pub, The Leaky Cauldron but now famed for it’s amazing pizzas and Sunday roasts – is right opposite Northernhay House.
Getting to uni is simple too – with both Exeter campuses within easy reach.
