Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions were updated on 4 July 2022 to reflect the inclusion of an additional Property in this Offer. Eligible Customers who book to live with Unite Students at the properties listed below at paragraph 3 between 16th May 2022 and 31st August 2022 (the “Booking Period”) for the 2022/2023 academic year (the “Relevant Academic Year”) will receive a Retail Lifestyle voucher with a value of either £250 or £350 (dependant on whether the booking is for a £250 Voucher Room or a £350 Voucher Room, as defined at Appendix 1) to be used via a digital gift card at www.thelifestylevoucher.co.uk, which will be sent to the student’s booking confirmation email.

1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, new and existing customers who book a room with Unite Students in the properties listed at paragraph 3 below for a minimum 38-week tenancy for the Relevant Academic Year during the Booking Period will be entitled to either a £250 or £350 Lifestyle Retail voucher dependant on whether a £250 Voucher Room or £350 Voucher Room is booked (the “Offer”).
2. The voucher will have a value of £250 for £250 Voucher Rooms or £350 for £350 Voucher Rooms and will be able to be used via the email link sent to the students booking email (the “Voucher”);
3. The £250 Voucher Rooms and the £350 Voucher Rooms listed at Appendix 1 are included in this promotion (the “Properties”).
4. To be eligible, you need to:
   a. book a room in one of the Properties directly with Unite Students or via one of Unite Students’ approved agents for a minimum 38-week tenancy; and,
   b. book their room directly with Unite Students or via one of Unite Students’ approved agents in the Booking Period;
   c. currently live, or be due to live, with Unite Students for the Relevant Academic Year; and,
   d. provide a valid email address.
5. You will not be eligible for the Offer if:
   a. your booking is a short stay, semester stay or their booking has a start date of January 2023 or later, even if for 38 weeks or over; and / or,
   b. you are in arrears or have otherwise been in breach of their current tenancy at any time during their tenancy; and / or
   c. you have booked their tenancy through a university or higher education institution (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any made pursuant to Nominations Agreements).
6. If you are an eligible customer and choose to take up the Offer:
   a. you will be entitled to a maximum of one Voucher; and,
   b. the Voucher will be emailed to you as a digital voucher link after you have checked into your property and by 31st October 2022 at the latest.
7. If you fail to check into your property by 16th October 2022, or at all, you will no longer be eligible to receive a Voucher.
8. Any amendments made to a booking after the offer ends will invalidate this offer and you will no longer be eligible to receive a Voucher.
9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
10. Unite Students reserves the right to remove or change this promotional offer at any time.
