Housing Rules (Highlights):
- Cleaning: Shoes are not permitted inside. Garbage must be disposed of daily, and dishes must be cleaned immediately after use. Floors and surfaces must be kept free of crumbs and clutter. Bathrooms should be cleaned after each use. Showers are limited to 15 minutes in the mornings. Tenants must supply their own consumables (soap, toilet paper, shampoo). If cleanliness standards are not met, a CAD 100 professional cleaning fee will be charged to all occupants.
- Noise & Electronics: Radios, televisions, and other electronics must be kept at a low volume, especially after 11 PM.
- Guests: Guests are welcome for social activities but must leave by 11 PM. Unauthorized overnight stays incur CAD 250 per night. Overnight stays for family require written approval and roommate consent.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Allowed only 9 meters away from entrances.
- Parties: Loud gatherings are not allowed. Tenants may use the building’s party room for organized events.
- Internet Use: WiFi is for personal, non-commercial use only. Illegal streaming or downloading is prohibited and may result in eviction.
- Mail & Packages: Mailbox access is provided. Packages may be delivered directly to units or concierge if available.
- Common Area Damage: If the responsible tenant cannot be identified, repair costs may be divided among all occupants.
- Support & Maintenance: Contact for maintenance or support needs. Avoid contacting the building management directly.
