Housing Rules (Highlights): 

• Cleaning: No shoes indoors. Garbage must be disposed of daily. Dishes must be washed after each use, and kitchen floors must be kept clean. Showers limited to 15 minutes during mornings. Bathrooms should be cleaned after each use. Consumables such as soap and toilet paper must be provided by tenants. Failure to meet cleaning standards may result in a professional cleaning fee (CAD 100) deducted from the deposit.
