With us you will find shared rooms in 3-person shared flats as well as one- and one-and-a-half-room apartments, if you prefer privacy.
The dormitory is located in the immediate vicinity of the campus and the student clubs. Shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Public transport (bus lines 61, 63, 66, 85) takes you from the Caspar-David-Friedrich-Straße stop right outside the front door to the university in 4 minutes or to the main train station and the city centre in 8 minutes.
The apartments offer numerous conveniences, including a prime location close to campus and the city center. They feature fast internet access via DSL or fiber optics, along with TV and telephone connections. Residents can enjoy fully furnished living spaces, many of which come with fitted kitchens and are available in various sizes to suit different needs. The buildings are equipped with elevators for easy access, and nearby supermarkets and excellent transport links further enhance everyday convenience.
All apartments are fully furnished with fitted kitchen (equipped with microwave or oven), shower, bed, double wardrobe, table and chair. Each room has a TV and telephone connection (DSL capable) with high-speed internet included.
In the basement there is a bicycle cellar and a washing machine room with paid machines. In addition, there are about 50 parking spaces available in front of the house for a fee of € 30 per quarter.

In addition, all apartments are equipped with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. All apartments also have their own balcony. If you own a car, you will find a suitable parking space right next to the student dormitory.
