Condominium fees are 50 euros per month and for the waste collection service it is 50 euros per month, to be divided by the number of tenants in the apartment. The electricity and water costs are calculated based on consumption and to be shared with the other tenants of the apartment. Upon arrival you must bring the bail money in cash.
