This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Comillas, one of the oldest in the district of Carabanchel. It is a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by two large and important parks such as Madrid Rio and the park of the Empress Maria de Austria. The Comillas neighbourhood is well connected to the rest of Madrid thanks to the metro line, bus and several bicycle lanes, allowing residents to travel easily to all parts of the city. *Bed linen is not included, only mattress cover is provided.
