Here, you can conveniently wash your clothes using coins. This shared service makes washing easier and encourages a sense of community among residents.” “Welcome to the Coliving Experience NOTE: Consumption costs 80 euros for 1 person, 120 euros for two people. 30 euros of weekly cleaning optional. The cleaning that is included is biweekly but only in the common areas of Coliving (not inside the apartments). The owner will ask you to pay the security deposit and administration fee before check-in. If the reservation is for 2 people, the owner will ask for an additional €100 Management Fee.
