The apartment is located in an historic building, in the central district. It Is in the university part of the city and there's anything, from a bar, great pizzerias, kebabs, restaurants, theaters, and more! The apartment has been modernized as much as possible! From safety systems such as smoke and CO alarms, to burglar alarms and other automations! You'll be sharing the house with the landlord himself, and a potential second roommate. The house itself has double paned windows everywhere, with every room having its AC system. The windows are also bugproofed, a rarity in Italy. The landlord will not be absent in handling maintenance issues, as he himself lives there. As of 2025, this is now his 4th year of doing short and long term rentals.
