At Next Living, you don´t just rent a room, you join a community. Our mission is to create a space where comfort meets connection, where productivity blends with relaxation, and where every guest feels at home from day one.

Located in Calle Ana María 23, just 7 minute walk from Tetuán metro station, our Coliving is surrounded by supermarkets, local cafés and parks. You´ll also find a BiciMAD station nearby and easy access to Castellana and Santiago Bernabéu.

We offer 36 brand new private rooms, with en-suite bathroom, and several room types to fit every lifestyle: from single rooms to spacious doubles with balconies or terraces. Every room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, floor heating and cooling, bedding and towels (changed every two weeks). All bills are included.

Our shared areas are the heart of the community:

- A garden and pool to relax and connect with others.

- A coworking opened 24/7 with a “quiet mode” from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- A fully equipped gym.

- A large shared kitchen with all appliances and cookware included.

- A laundry room fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron.

Smart access, residents can easily open doors using the Salto KS app.

Through our internal Next Living app, you can also track payments, request maintenance, and chat with others.
