A generous internet allowance is included in your rent, as are all other bills including electricity, gas, water and common area cleaning etc. Common areas are serviced with bathrooms and kitchens being cleaned fortnightly. 

In addition to being located in an up market and safe location, each room is lockable for privacy and security.
