Characteristic loft for rent in Florence in the historic district of San Frediano. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine Oltrarno building overlooking Via Santa Maria, a very quiet street near Piazza Santo Spirito and the Torrigiani Garden. The house is on two levels and consists of a kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a mezzanine where there is a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people and is equipped with a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet connection. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
