The apartment is located in a strategic position, just near the center of Tremezzo and close to the main attractions of the lake such as Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and Bellagio. From the garden you can enjoy a breathtaking lake view. Excellent solution for couples, families or groups of friends.The newly renovated property has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a pouf that can be converted into a single bed - in case of need. The apartment is completed by a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing and dryer machine, and a nice corner designed for those who need to work remotely in smart working (there is an excellent wi-fi line in all the structure). During your stay it will also be possible to use the voice assistant - Alexa - also helpful to enjoy your stay with pleasant music and a TV SAT. Guests will have the entire property for their exclusive use, while the garden is shared with the other 2 properties that are part of the complex. Outside it will be possible to find comfortable deckchairs and tables with chairs to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the lake.If you arrive by car, we recommend the public car parkings - on payment during the day - by the lake (3-minute walking from the house). However, this accomodation is perfect for guets who travel by public transport.The apartment is located about 40 minutes by car from the city center of Como. We emphasize the possibility of easily reaching the center of Tremezzo and the famous Villa Carlotta walking in a few minutes. We also recommend the proximity of the Grand Hotel Tremezzo to enjoy an aperitif by the lake. With the ferry you can easily reach all the tourist attractions and the most suggestive destinations of Lake Como, such as Bellagio, Varenna and Villa Balbianello.
Security deposit and admin fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be transferred to the landlord maximum of two weeks before the move-in date.
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week prior to check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied;
The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment;
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform us by giving a notice period of at least 21 days;
Check-in time: every day from 3 pm to 9 pm;
Check-out time: by 11 am.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately be in touch with you to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent, and the cleaning fee (cost starting from €175).
