Please note: There is no regular cleaning service; however, the property will be clean upon arrival. A mandatory cleaning fee must be paid before check-out so the property can be prepared for the next tenant. Utilities are not included and consist of fixed fees of 421.01 PLN, plus electricity charged according to actual invoices (approximately 70 PLN). Pets are allowed, but tenants must purchase renter’s liability insurance. The contract is provided for the entire apartment and not by bedroom. The tenants should not be older than 30 years old to book this accommodation.
