It is convenient and comfortable for the relatives of the patients at the Campus Biomedico Hospital or for those who need several days' tests or treatments. The apartment consists of a beautiful and comfortable living area with a relaxation corner and a queen sofa bed, a nice bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, an open kitchen and a modern and functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning 2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area, WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. At check-in we will need to record the details of each guest, as provided by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay the city tax of 3,50 euros per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00 - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
