This is a beautiful, spacious, colorful room with a double bed, and a one person bed on the "loft" floor inside the room. There is a toilet/bath/shower room outside the bedroom that is just for you to use, but inside that bathroom is a washing machine that is to share with the other tenant, who has no washing machine in his bathroom. The apartment is located in the beautiful, practical neighborhood of San Lorenzo just a walk to many spots such as Sapienza University, Termini train station, Vittorio Emmanuele metro station, Esquilino, Policlinico Umberto I Hospital. It is very clean and luminous. You have to leave a 2 months deposit, and pay the bills every month for electricity, gas consumption and "condominio".
