Our charming loft perfect for 4 people and equipped with every comfort is located in a historic building in the heart of Trastevere. Trastevere, one of the oldest and most characteristic districts of Rome, with its cobbled streets of Sanpietrini and its small craft shops, the typical Roman taverns, Roman and medieval churches and monuments, its street artists, offers each traveler images and experiences that he will not forget! Fabulous loft of about 65 square meters located on the third floor of a historical building, equipped with a lift (not suitable for disabled people, there are about 7 steps to reach it). The house is located in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most ancient and well-known areas of the city, a magical and unique place. The apartment is just a few steps away from the Piazza San Cosimato Street Market and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere but at the same time in a quiet street, away from the noise. Ideal place to spend your Roman holiday! Our flat, with modern furnishings and high ceilings, has a large living room with a relaxation corner and a dining area, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is located on a pretty mezzanine. Newly renovated bathroom with a comfortable shower and bidet. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils. Our guests will also have air conditioning (2 splits - one in the bedroom and the other in the living room / loft area), free WiFi, TV, central heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. We will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail in case of any problem. It is mandatory to show the IDs of all the guests upon check-in as per Italian Law. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00; - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00; All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in. Upon arrival you'll be asked topay the city tax of € 3,50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
