Dear guest, you have to pay a tax registration (between 100-150€) at the beginning of the contract according to the duration of the contract and the rent, and €140 for the cleaning costs at the end of the contract. Keep in mind that the landlord will provide you with a rental contract for you to sign. Due to the COVID pandemic, this KA offers a sanification of the rooms for an additional cost of 75 euros. The sanification is not mandatory but if you choose to not sanify your room you will be asked to sign a responsibility waiver stating that you did not want to proceed with the sanification.
