This two-bedroom apartment is located in Porta Romana, a district known for its lively nightlife, exclusive fashion and food shops. The neighbourhood is characterised by the numerous fine restaurants serving international cuisine and trendy cocktail bars. The flat is perfectly connected to the rest of the city, thanks to the proximity of the M3 metro line. This cosy two-bedroom apartment consists of a nice living room with a parquet floor and a corner sofa and a French sofa bed. The room is bright thanks to the presence of a large window. From the living room there is direct access to the spacious kitchen equipped with a hob and all necessary supplies. There is also a comfortable four-seater table. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, next to the bed is a large window that illuminates the room, on the other side is a practical two-door wardrobe and comfortable shelves where you can conveniently store your clothes and belongings. The first bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with hand shower and all sanitary facilities. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and two bedside tables with an abat-jour. This room is also characterised by the presence of a large window. At the foot of the bed is a chest of drawers for storing clothes and objects. The second bathroom is also complete with all sanitary facilities and a washbasin with mirror. This fee should be paid BEFORE THE CHECK-IN, in this way, the accommodation provider can guarantee that the apartment will be clean and with new bed linen upon arrival. Upon the check-in you will be requested to show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport or Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy. Please note that bills are included up to 3 euros per day from 15 April until 15 October up to 2 euros per day from 15 October until 15 April. Any exceeding balance will be charged upon check-out. We remind you that on the day of your arrival will be required to pay for the security deposit which must be done with credit card and it will be refunded within 72 working hours after the day of departure, if no damage is found in the property. The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 pm to 12am - 30 euros. From 12am to 8 am - 60 euros.
