MANDATORY on the move-in date, the admin fee required is equal to the one percent of the annual rent. In addition there are 16 euros for duty stamps. An exit fee of 167 euros will be charged on the move-out date for taxes and cleaning. PLEASE NOTE that there is an additional 50 euro fees for check-ins of weekends.
