PLEASE NOTE: The standard check-in time is from 15.00 to 21.00. There is a supplement of € 30 for check-in from 9.00 pm to midnight; € 60 for check-in from 24.00 to 8.00. The security deposit must be paid on the day of arrival with a credit card, and will be returned within 24 working hours from the time of departure; in case of payment in cash, there is an extra € 15 with check-out from 8 to 12, € 20 from 7 to 8, € 60 before 7. A regular contract will be stipulated, for which registration is provided for the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 32) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of € 67): only half of this amount is charged to the guest. If at the time of departure the apartment will not be in good condition, the tenant will be required to pay the final cleaning from € 30.
