PLEASE NOTE that the check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 20. If you want to check-in/out outside working hours or during the weekends, there will be an extra cost of 50 euros. Additional costs to be paid: 60 euros for bills per person monthly, 10 percent of the Booking Value to be paid one time upon arrival (being the Booking Value the sum of the monthly rents without bills) and 90 euros for the final cleaning fee. The landlord only accepts tenants under 32 years of age.
