PLESE NOTE that the check-in/out hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 to 20. If you want to check-in/out outside working hour or during the weekends, there will be an extra cost of 50 euros. There are the following additional costs: 60 euros for bills to be paid per person monthly and 10 percent of the Booking Value to be paid one time upon arrival (the Booking Value is the sum of the monthly rents without including the bills).
