The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building which is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area a stone's throw from the historic city center. This is a modern and functional house, consisting of a living room / kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Bills aren't included. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is €30 per month. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.
