IMPORTANT: Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty. Rent includes Wi-Fi, utilities (heating, condo expenses, availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance... ) + admin fee 150€ once for the length of the contract.
