Please notice all booking requests must end at least on June 30th. New rentals can only start in September (the beginning of the academic year) or in the same month the booking is made. These are shared rooms, and to ensure comfort and privacy, the first person to book the room determines the gender of the occupants, meaning there are no mixed rooms. This room is booked per bed, and the advertised price is for the single bed, providing personal space and comfort. The bathroom and kitchen are shared among the tenants.
