The house has details that will make everyday life very easy for you. It is equipped with full kitchen and bathroom utensils//RESERVATION POLICIES: Preferred booking 10 months: September - June. Shorter stays will be valued, with those beginning in September and/or ending in June being positively evaluated. Preferred profile for reservations made between September and June: 18 - 24 years Preferred profile for reservations made between July and August: 18 - no limit. If you make a reservation in July or August for more than two months, those that are extended until June of the following year will preferably be accepted. This offer has Civil Liability insurance offered by the Administrator//Surcharges for stays of 3 to 6 months: 5 percent per month of the rate. Surcharges for stays of 1 to 3 months: 10 percent of the monthly rate.
