Since January 2007, WIHOGA Dortmund has offered a total of 169 residential spaces in a modern dormitory on the new campus (Am Rombergpark 38, 44225 Dortmund). Students at the Hotel and Catering Business School are primarily eligible to live here. Students, graduate students, and interns from other institutes and educational institutions are also welcome, subject to availability.
You can flexibly arrange your desired rental period with us, ranging from one month to several years.
Flat-rate rents including heating and utilities guarantee a period of residence free of additional charges.
Our approximately 16 square meter single rooms all have a private shower and toilet. All units are fully furnished. Standard amenities include a bed (length: 2 m) and mattress, wardrobe, desk (2.60 m wide), desk chair, refrigerator (50 l), and free internet access (LAN socket). Individual TV reception is easily available in the rooms via DVB-T.
Each floor of the residence hall has a spacious common room with a small kitchenette. The residence hall also offers a laundromat on the ground floor (washing machines and dryers).
