Lungotevere delle Navi is the stretch of the Lungotevere that connects Ponte Giacomo Matteotti to Piazzale delle Belle Arti, located in the Flaminio district. The street is named after the Italian Navy, whose ministerial headquarters, Palazzo Marina, is less than 150 meters from the apartment. This area offers a high-level residential environment, rich in history and culture. The presence of green spaces and the proximity to the river make it a particularly pleasant place for walking. The area is well connected to the city center, which can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
