On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a private bathroom with a large shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Inside the bedroom, there is a staircase that allows access to the upper floor, where the room is communicating. In the mezzanine, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a window, with a shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment has a private terrace furnished with tables and chairs. The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building. Private parking spaces are available upon request. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system managed by a remote system that automatically regulates temperatures to avoid wasting energy. There is also a controlled mechanical ventilation system that maintains an ideal climate by also regulating humidity, to the point that it is recommended to always keep the windows closed.
