The closet, is located in a hallway of the house, however, if the tenant wishes, we can put a closet in your room. We have a beautiful and spacious patio, which you can use to sunbathe in summer, or for whatever you want, even a barbecue. The house is located in the center of the city, 10 minutes walk from the universities, 50 meters from the theater, in an area full of Pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, the whole neighborhood is elegant and pleasant. We have a Thermomix food processor and microwave, you can use it, If you need it, we can offer Bilbao airport pick-up services, not included in the price.
